KEPCO identifies and assesses material issues pertaining to the environment when reviewing new business partnerships, such as joint ventures. Beginning from the investment stage, we evaluate a company based on its EHS risk level, which corresponds with the impact that business operations may have on the environment and our potential exposure to environmental risk. After establishing a business partnership, we build a EHS management system and continuously monitor environmental performance for mutually sustainable growth. We believe in strengthening partnerships by disseminating EHS management to all stakeholders (partners, business partners, etc.) and encouraging them to participate through active communication.
