Renewable Energy | Expansion of Business Areas

We are sparing no efforts to gain more footholds in the overseas renewable energy markets, such as California and Mangilao(Solar Power), in addition to wind power markets in China and Jordan. We won the bid of the 60MW+32MW/32MWh ESS solar power project in Mangilao, Guam in 2016 and signed a PPA with the Guam Power Authority in 2018. The construction was completed in June 2022 and the facility has been commercially in operation. By winning the bid of the solar power generation project in Mexico(294MW), KEPCO’s largest renewable energy project, we finally entered the renewable energy development industry in Central and South Amercia.
